List of students qualified for the Erasmus+ mobility in the academic year 2026_2027

Reserve list

1. A student of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk who has been placed on the reserve list for mobility in the academic year 2026/2027 and who has all exams settled may submit the Scholarship Holder Form and travel to the places indicated during registration in the event of the resignation of the person qualified for mobility to a given university, unless he or she chooses another university (point 2).
2. A student on the reserve list may also be immediately accepted to a university that still has places available at the time of the close of enrollment. To do this, please submit a declaration of your choice from among the available universities by 10:00 a.m. on March 9, 2026, using the following form:

3. Information on qualifications will be provided on March 9, 2026. After receiving information on qualification, please submit the completed and mutually signed Scholarship Form by email to: agata.niemierko@ug.edu.pl

Available places (as of 05.03.2026) 

Please note that you have to deliver the Erasmus+ Scholarship Fellowship Form immediately after publishing the results (deadline: March 09th, 2026 by 10.00 a.m.).

The signed scan should be sent by email to agata.niemierko@ug.edu.pl.

Note: Failure to submit the Scholarship form (ERASMUS+ 2026/2027 recruitment at the Faculty of Economics | Wydział Ekonomiczny Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego) will result in removal from the list of persons qualified for the mobility.

Once the protocols are submitted to the Office of Cooperation and Internationalization, all individuals on the main list and the reserve list will receive a notification regarding their registration in the ESRS system at their university email address. 

The ESRS system provides details on the exchange semester, the university's full name, and the university code, as specified in the submitted Scholarship Form.
