	Language certificate (this is to be used by IB students only if other than English language confirmation from SJO is needed) Also other language certificates could be substituted (e.g. Cervantes Institute for Spanish language competence and so on)

	Erasmus+ Scholarship Fellowship Form – to be submitted at the time student has been qualified for the exchange. Time for submission as indicated by deadline. IMPORTANT! Failure to submitt will result in removal from the exchange program.

If you need to withdraw, you must immediately notify the Deputy Dean for Development and Cooperation with the Socio-Economic Environment by email, read the cancellation procedure described here: After qualifying for the Erasmus+ | Wydział Ekonomiczny Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego, and afterwards submit a printed and signed letter of withdrawal to the Dean's Office.
