• from 18.02.2025 to 28.02.2025 by 10.00 a.m. - submission by the candidate for the mobility of a registration form (Forms | Wydział Ekonomiczny Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego)
  The registration form is completed electronically.

• 28.02.2025 publication of the interview schedule on the website: Interviews and recruitment results | Wydział Ekonomiczny Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego
• 03-05.03.2025 - interviews
• 06.03.2025 - publication of recruitment results on the website: Interviews and recruitment results | Wydział Ekonomiczny Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego
• From 07.03. by 10.03.2025, 10:00 a.m. - deadline for submitting the scholarship form (Forms | Wydział Ekonomiczny Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego; note that the Scholarship form is not the same form as the previously submitted Recruitment form).

People who use financial assistance funds (inclusion support) attach a copy (scan) of the decision to grant benefits from the financial assistance fund.
The forms should be delivered in person to the Dean's Office, room A132 (opening hours: Dean's Office | Faculty of Economics, University of Gdańsk) or electronically to the e-mail address: agata.niemierko@ug.edu.pl
