Application and recruitment for Erasmus+ study

According to Erasmus+ rules students can go abroad and may receive grants for studying or being trained abroad in hosting universities in each cycle of study (up to 12 months).

Mobility capital, which amounts to 12 months for the first, second and third level of studies and 24 months for uniform Master's studies, means the possibility of up to two study periods in different semesters of the same level of studies.

Both study and internship travels are included in the maximum total mobility period. During recruitment, the principle of priority of departure applies to those who have not yet travelled within the Erasmus+ programme.

Moreover, students will be awarded an Erasmus+  EU grant (fixed amount) to help cover the subsistence costs incurred in connection with their study and internship period abroad.  There is only one Faculty of Economics recruitment process for the academic year 2025/26.

You should bring the following documents to the interview:
1. a certificate confirming your language competence
2. confirmation of receiving awards, distinctions, activities (if applicable)
3. consent of the supervisor of the master's thesis to cooperate using electronic means of communication and a statement on the settlement of exams and credits (if applicable).

Once the recruitment interviews are completed, a ranking list will be established according to the points obtained during the faculty recruitment process.

Students who qualify for the mobility must, under penalty of being removed from the list of those qualified, submit a completed and signed Erasmus+ Scholarship Form (Scholarship Holder Form) to the following email address: agata.niemierko@ug.edu.pl

between 7 March and 10 March 2025 by 10:00 (DEADLINE AND TIME NOT EXTENDABLE!)

NOTE: Please also sign the GDPR clause in the Scholarship Form.

People who use financial assistance funds attach - in the same email - a copy (scan) of the decision to grant benefits from the financial assistance fund.

PLEASE NOTE!
In the event of insufficient funds under the KA131 financial agreement to finance all mobilities approved in the protocols in the full planned time, UG adopts the principle of shortening the financing period.

This means that when the number of student mobilities exceeds the budget value, in the first stage the financing of planned year-long mobilities is reduced - only the semester of mobility is financed. In this way, candidates from the bottom of the main lists are not crossed out, and the university maintains the full number of mobilities resulting from all protocols.

In the second stage, the semester financing of mobility is shortened (e.g. from a maximum of 5 to 4 months). Additional information - the possibility of extending the stay - if the financial conditions in the program allow it - will only be available to second-year bachelor's degree students who left in the winter semester.
