Student’s obligations after returning from mobility

After returning from the exchange the student is required to submit the Transcript of Records from the host institution to the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk before the end of the examination session.

Failure to submit the following documents: Learning Agreement, Changes to the Learning Agreement (if applicable), Internal Addendum, and Transcript of Records will result in the student failing the semester and being removed from the list of students.

If the student fails to complete courses during the exchange and does not obtain the required 30 ECTS credits, they must submit a request to study with an ECTS deficit.

The courses to be completed to resolve the ECTS deicit will be determined by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs within the framework of the study program applicable to the student’s field of study at the University of Gdańsk.
