Open Economic Lectures

The Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk cordially invites you to participate in the 10th edition of the Open Economic Lectures!
The Open Economic Lectures are an excellent opportunity to explore key issues of the modern economy and find your own career path based on solid knowledge and a thorough understanding of socio-economic systems.
- The lectures cover both macro- and microeconomic topics and issues related to economic policy, financial markets, corporate finance, entrepreneurship and management.
- Participants have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the most important challenges of the modern world and better understand the mechanisms governing the global economy.
- The meetings are led by experienced academic lecturers who combine scientific and didactic activities with economic practice. Their involvement in the activities of economic institutions, organizations and events popularizing knowledge (e.g. economic olympiads) means that the lectures provide theory and practical perspectives on the dynamically changing world of business.
If you want to gain an advantage on the job market, develop the skills necessary for effective management, and better understand contemporary economic trends - join the Open Economic Lecture and broaden your horizons!
Economic meetings within the OWE were initiated in the academic year 2019/2020 and are held every academic year in semi-annual cycles.
