Academy on the Beach

Task II. "Academy on the Beach" will include a series of lectures and debates held over three days of meetings. Each day will feature two 90-minute lectures in the morning and an expert discussion in the afternoon, summarising the lecture day.

The lectures will cover current issues of public interest, such as protecting the marine environment and sustainable use of the sea, the Health of marine ecosystems and human health, Eutrophication—a problem at the interface of water and land—offshore wind energy, and offshore nuclear energy.
