Sustainable Development Day

Task I is the "Sustainable Development Day at the University of Gdańsk". Its aim is to promote and support the idea and implementation of sustainable development goals by initiating projects promoting the application of sustainable development principles in all areas of social life and economic activity.

The event has a pan-European scope, and it aims to include the University of Gdańsk in the European network of activities promoting sustainable development as part of the European Sustainable Development Week.

The event is addressed to a wide audience: students of Pomeranian primary and secondary schools, students, university staff, entrepreneurs and the local community. The celebrations will include expert lectures and workshops and shows carried out by members of scientific clubs and university staff.
