Interdisciplinary Tutoring
Discover Interdisciplinary Tutoring at the University of Gdańsk!

Each of us has, at some point, felt a curiosity about the world that goes beyond the boundaries of our own field. Interdisciplinary tutoring at UG is a unique opportunity to encounter knowledge and experience that extends beyond the faculty where you study.
Tutoring allows students to broaden their horizons by exploring topics that have so far remained in the realm of curiosity. A tutor from another faculty offers a fresh perspective, inspires new ways of thinking, and poses questions to which we do not yet know the answers. Each meeting becomes a small intellectual laboratory where learning takes on new dimensions.
The Interdisciplinary Tutoring Project is a unique initiative aimed at the student community. We invite you to take part in 8-hour cycles of individual tutorials conducted by tutors from faculties other than your own. It’s a chance to deepen your knowledge, develop your passions, and discover new ways to connect different fields of science.
Students and tutors who have already experienced tutoring know how valuable it is to engage in shared academic inquiry shaped by the student’s interests. Those who have not yet participated are warmly invited by the Center for Didactic Excellence and Tutoring at UG, together with the Vice-Rector for Education, Dr. Ewa Szymczak, Professor of UG, to try this exceptional form of learning.
