The order of granting funding will be based on the number of points obtained according to the ranking list. The ranking list will be established from place no. 1 to place no. n, where the number n means the number of remaining free places within the mobility granted to the faculty for the entire academic year. The committee is responsible for calculating the points and drawing up the ranking list.
-
Funding will be awarded to STA applications that obtain the highest score according to the ranking, within the allocated places for a given faculty/unit for a given semester of the academic year. The Application Evaluation Committee decides not to award funding for a given application and subsequent ones if these STA applications are on the reserve list.
-
If more than one application takes a ranking position that may result in exceeding the allocated pool of places for a given semester, the final decision on granting funding is made by the Committee and the Dean.
-
If a member of the Committee submits an application, the application is considered without the above-mentioned member's participation in the Committee's deliberations.
