Students of the Faculty of Economics Among the Best – 8th Edition of Top Young 100 Has Begun!

Top Young 100

On May 15–16, 2025, the “Augmented Talent: shaping the future of supply chain and workforce” conference took place at Chorten Arena in Białystok. The event also marked the official closing of the 7th and the inauguration of the 8th edition of the nationwide Top Young 100 program. Organized by the Polish Supply Management Leaders, this year-long development initiative is dedicated to the top logistics students and related fields, carried out in cooperation with academia and industry leaders.

We are proud to announce that among the participants of the newly launched 8th edition are students from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk: Julia Łaska and Nikola Jagaczewska. Over the coming year, they will enhance their competencies within this prestigious program, gaining experience through project work and collaborating with representatives from the business world.

During the event, participants engaged in numerous panels and talks focused on topics such as the future of work in logistics, technological transformations in supply chains, and the role of young talent in shaping modern business models.

We must also mention Leszek Reszka, Associate Professor, who has been actively supporting the development of the Top Young 100 program for years as its academic cooperation coordinator. His commitment and passion for educating young logisticians have been a source of inspiration for our students to take part in this year's edition.

The conference concluded with a formal banquet — a perfect opportunity for conversation, experience sharing, and networking in an inspiring atmosphere. It also served as a summary of the 7th edition, successfully completed by our former representatives: Jakub Konopko and Milena Nowaczewska, who enriched their experience by participating in a number of projects with TSL sector representatives. Leszek Reszka, Associate Professor, presented awards to the top participants of the 7th edition, symbolically recognizing their effort and dedication while highlighting the importance of cooperation between academia and the business community.

We warmly congratulate all the participants! We are proud that our students represent the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk with such commitment on a nationwide platform, and we eagerly await their continued success within the Top Young 100 program!
