Faculty

The Faculty of Economics is the cradle of maritime studies at the University of Gdańsk and a scientific and didactic hub in  the maritime economy, the so-called blue economy, and offshore sectors. The Faculty derives from the tradition of the Higher School of Maritime Trade and the Higher School of Economics. The ship's anchor in front of the main entrance is an essential element symbolising this.

Today, the Faculty of Economics stands as a modern academic centre on the UG Sopot campus. Our most significant advantages are our high level of internationalization and our strong ties with the business community. This modernity and our practical approach to learning make us an attractive choice for students.

Educational Offer

The Faculty of Economics didactic offers global educational know-how, models, and the latest business solutions.
