The staff of the Department of Transport Policy and Economic Integration actively collaborate with academic representatives from various universities in Poland and abroad, facilitating the implementation of international research projects and the exchange of experience in the fields of transport and economic integration. Cooperation with academic institutions fosters the development of innovative solutions and the transfer of knowledge between research centers.
The department also works closely with businesses, industry organizations, and public institutions, enabling the execution of research projects with a practical focus, tailored to the current challenges of the market. Joint initiatives with the private and public sectors not only include research but also the organization of workshops, conferences, and seminars that promote modern approaches to transport, logistics, and economic integration processes. Cooperation with the economic environment also includes guest lectures and co-teaching by industry experts in some of the department's courses.
Together with our business partner, company Uni-Logistics, the Department has created an educational program titled "Orange Academy of Uni-Logistics," which was recognized as a good CSR practice by the Responsible Business Forum in Poland in 2012. Since its inception, it has enjoyed unwavering interest from students. More information about the Orange Academy of Uni-Logistics
Moreover, the department is engaged in projects that popularize science, collaborating with educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, and the media to spread knowledge about sustainable transport development and economic integration processes.
