EPSO AD5 Competition – Launch Your Career in EU Institutions

The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) has opened applications for the Administrator AD5 competition – one of the main entry routes to a career in the civil service of the European Union institutions.

The competition is open to EU citizens who have completed at least a three-year university degree (the diploma must be awarded no later than 30 September 2026). No prior professional experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and final-year students.

The registration period runs from 5 February to 10 March 2026 (12:00 Brussels time). Applications must be submitted online via the EPSO portal.
