Applications Open for the PROM Programme: International Research Mobility Opportunities for UG Students

Students of the University of Gdańsk are invited to apply for the latest round of the PROM Programme, which offers opportunities for short-term international mobility at academic and research institutions around the world. The application period is open until 10 June 2026.
The programme enables students to conduct research visits at foreign archives, libraries, research institutes, and laboratories. Participants can develop their own research projects, gain valuable international research experience, and establish contacts with academic institutions abroad.
A total of nine mobility opportunities are available in the current call:
- 1 seven-day mobility to one of the following countries: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Hungary;
- 7 seven-day mobilities to one of the following countries: Andorra, Belgium, France, Greece, North Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Vatican City, San Marino, or Italy;
- 1 fourteen-day mobility to one of the following destinations: Australia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Canada, Qatar, South Korea, North Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, or Taiwan.
All mobilities must be completed by 30 September 2026.
Students interested in participating are required to complete the application form, which includes personal and contact information, details of the planned mobility, a brief description of the proposed research project or research topic, a justification of how the mobility relates to the applicant’s field of study, and a motivation letter.
The application deadline is 10 June 2026 (end of day).
