Call for applications for Erasmus+ teaching mobility (STA) for academic teachers – 2025/2026 edition – additional recruitment
We invite academic teachers to submit applications for funding for teaching mobilities under the Erasmus+ STA (Staff Mobility for Teaching) program in the summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year within additional recruitment.
Original hard copies of documents should be submitted to room A218 (Ms. Kamila Kałędkiewicz) by February 23, 2026.
A complete set of application documents should be submitted electronically (email with 3 attachments) to: erasmuswyjazdywe@ug.edu.pl. Applications must be sent only from work email addresses to be considered. The deadline for receiving the email with attached documents for the winter recruitment period is February 23, 2026 (UG server time applies).
Mobilities in the summer semester can be completed by September 25, 2026 to one of over 80 universities, which can be found on the list below:

The Faculty's Application Evaluation Committee determines whether to award funding under the Erasmus+ STA program, subject to the number of places allocated to the Faculty by the Office of Cooperation and Internationalisation at the University of Gdańsk.
We especially encourage people who have not participated in Erasmus+ mobility in the last 3 years to apply.
Information on the Committee's decision will be sent individually to the address provided in the application by February 28, 2026.
