Call for applications for Erasmus+ teaching mobility (STA) for academic teachers – 2025/2026 edition

We invite academic teachers to submit applications for funding for teaching trips under the Erasmus+ STA (Staff Mobility for Teaching) program in the summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. 
 

A complete set of application documents should be submitted electronically (email with 3 attachments) to: erasmuswyjazdywe@ug.edu.pl. Applications must be sent only from work email addresses to be considered. 
 

The deadline for receiving the email with attached documents for the winter recruitment period is February 09, 2026 (the UG server time is decisive). 
 

Original hard copies of documents should be submitted to room A218 (Ms. Kamila Kałędkiewicz) between January 12 and February 09, 2026. 
 

Mobilities in the winter semester can be completed between February 23, 2026 and September 25, 2026 to one of over 80 universities which can be found on the list below:

The Faculty's Application Evaluation Committee determines whether to award funding under the Erasmus+ STA program, within the limits of the places allocated to the Faculty by the Office of Cooperation and Internationalisation at the University of Gdańsk.
 

Information on the Committee's decision will be sent individually to the address provided in the application by February 14, 2026.
