Logistics Students Club invites you to the next Meeting with Logistics Practice, which will take place on:
- 1 December at 9:45 in room C301 (session held in English)
This time, the guest speaker will be Paweł Kornatowski – Logistics Manager at Northgate Logistics
Paweł Kornatowski - Logistics Manager at Northgate Logistics, successfully managing and developing the office in Gdynia.
He is responsible for comprehensive management of the flow of information and resources within the company.
His main task is supervising the work of the freight forwarders so that the entire process – from planning, through transport, to delivery – runs effectively, within budget, and customer expectations.
This is a key role that have an influence to operational safety, company costs, and makes competitive advantage.
As an effective manager, he sets goals and work standards, trains employees, motivates the team, resolves operational issues, analyzes and implements corrective plans, improving processes, supports the team in negotiating rates and terms of cooperation, and is responsible for making quick decisions to minimize losses and operational impacts.
In the role of an expert, he participates in internal projects that influence the future of the company.
