The University of Gdańsk invites to the World Alumni Meeting - May 31, 2025
The University of Gdańsk is celebrating its 55th anniversary this year and is organising a unique event to mark the occasion - the World Reunion of UG Alumni, which will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the Oliwa Campus.
The reunion will not only be an opportunity to meet after many years, but also to revisit the university walls, participate in artistic events, and talk to representatives of the academic community.
The event program (in short):
11:00-13:00 - alumni meetings at individual faculties of the University of Gdańsk – welcome to the Faculty of Economics UG,
approx. 13:30 - group photo of the reunion participants,
14:00-17:00 - the main part at the Oliwa Campus:
- official welcome by the Rector of the University of Gdańsk,
- performances by artistic groups operating at the Academic Cultural Centre of the University of Gdańsk,
- informal conversations, memories, and refreshments for participants.
The detailed program of the event will be available on the University of Gdańsk's website and in announcements on the university's social media.
The event is open, but for organisational reasons, online registration is required, and it must be completed by May 10, 2025.
