Open Economic Lectures 08.04.2025

Meeting with Dr Grzegorz Szczodrowski ‘PIT and its mysteries, or how to settle taxes and how much does it cost us to work?’

As every year, by the end of April, Poles who earn income have to settle with the tax authorities for the previous year. So we take the appropriate form and... after some time, we remind ourselves that from the end of February, a pre-settled tax is waiting on the podatki.gov.pl portal for acceptance. But do you know what exactly you are signing? Do you know for sure what proportion of your income you had to hand over to the state budget? Have you tried to optimise your tax? If you don't know the answer to any of these questions, if you are starting to have doubts, or if, on the contrary, you are convinced that you are familiar with the subject - welcome! We will not be bored 😊

During the online meeting ‘PIT and its mysteries, or how to settle taxes and how much does it cost us to work?’ held on 08.04.2025, Dr Grzegorz Szczodrowski will present this issue and will be happy to answer any questions from the audience.

The meeting will be moderated by Dr Beata Majecka, Professor UG
