The Polish Supply Management Leaders invites you to participate in the 8th edition of the Top Young 100 development program, aimed at logistics students and those pursuing other supply chain-related fields and specializations.
Under the honorary patronage of the Minister of Science, the Top Young 100 program creates a synergy between three communities: business, academia, and students. This collaboration ensures effective development and the acquisition of key competencies for future managerial staff under the guidance of professionals.
The Top Young 100 program offers:
- Real business challenges from leading market enterprises solved by student teams,
- First-hand experience of business operations and processes, translating theoretical knowledge into practice,
- Interdisciplinary development, not only in supply chain management but also in digital skills,
- Training sessions designed based on current business needs,
- Career path development guided by an experienced business mentor,
- An environment for developing top young talent, the future leaders of the industry,
- Networking opportunities with peers from across Poland as well as with management from national and international enterprises.
