PRELUDIUM 23 - The potential of MaaS adoption in Polish cities: responding to the challenges of mobility development
The University of Gdańsk is implementing the project: The potential of MaaS adoption in Polish cities: responding to the challenges of mobility development
The project aims to develop a tool for assessing the readiness of Polish cities to implement the Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) concept. An analysis of the 12 largest Polish cities belonging to the Paweł Adamowicz Union of Polish Metropolises will allow for the development of good practices for MaaS implementation. The result of the work undertaken will be the calculation of a MaaS implementation potential index, which can be used in any city, not only in Poland, but also in other countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The project has significant potential to generate decision-making conclusions from both the public and private sectors, which could potentially lead to the development of new urban mobility management strategies or innovative technological solutions.
