Polish Audit Oversight Agency Competition for the Best Master's Thesis in Financial Audit and Assurance
The Polish Audit Oversight Agency (PANA) invites graduates to participate in the competition for the best master's thesis in financial audit and assurance. The initiative aims to promote high-quality academic research and support the development of auditing practice in Poland.
The competition is open to authors of master's theses written in Polish and successfully defended between 1 October 2025 and 30 September 2026.
It is worth noting that in the 1st edition of the competition, Oliwia Frańczak, a graduate of the Faculty of Economics, University of Gdańsk, was awarded third prize for her master's thesis entitled "The Impact of Creative Accounting on the Reliability of Financial Statements in the Context of Statutory Auditors' Opinions", prepared under the supervision of Dr Joanna Hartenberger-Liszek. This achievement confirms the high quality of education and research conducted at our Faculty.
The application deadline is 31 October 2026.
