University of Gdańsk Cycling and Hiking Event – 16 May 2026
On behalf of the organizers, we invite students and employees of the University of Gdańsk to take part in the Cycling and Hiking Event, which will take place on 16 May 2026.
The event is organized to foster integration within the academic community and to encourage active leisure time in a friendly atmosphere. Participants may choose one of the following routes:
🚴♂️ Cycling Event
- expert route – 45 km,
- medium route – 13 km.
🥾 Hiking Event
- walking route – 15 km.
Starting points and times:
- hiking event – 9:00 a.m., parking area of the Faculty of Economics in Sopot,
- cycling event expert route – 9:00 a.m., University of Gdańsk Campus in Oliwa,
- cycling event medium route – 12:00 p.m., parking area of the Faculty of Economics in Sopot.
The event focuses on spending time together, staying active, and enjoying a positive atmosphere rather than competition. Participants of the cycling event will also be able to use MEVO bicycles free of charge during the event.
The final part of the event will take place at the University of Gdańsk Campus in Oliwa, where a barbecue and social gathering are planned.
