Logistics Students Club awarded the title of the best student scientific association at the University of Gdańsk

It is with great joy that we announce that the Logistics Students Club operating at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk has been selected as the best student scientific association at the University of Gdańsk and will therefore represent our University in the regional stage of the Red Rose Award competition, which brings together universities from across Pomerania. This exceptional distinction confirms the Club’s activity, commitment, and consistently pursued academic and organisational initiatives.
The Red Rose Award competition is one of the most prestigious academic distinctions in Pomerania. Organized since 1962, it aims to honour outstanding students and the most active student scientific associations operating at universities across the region. The competition evaluates not only academic achievements, but also social and organizational activity, as well as contributions to academic life. Each university may nominate one student and one student scientific association, who then go on to represent their academic community in the next stage of the competition.
The distinction awarded to the Logistics Students Club is the result of systematic work, the development of initiatives combining academic knowledge with practice, and the creation of projects that engage students and support their development. It is also proof that the academic activity carried out at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk is of high quality, widely recognized, and of genuine importance within the academic community.
Participation in the regional stage of the Red Rose Award competition will mark another important moment for the Logistics Students Club and for the entire community of the Faculty of Economics. Being included in this distinguished group is already a significant success, and the opportunity to represent the University of Gdańsk at a level involving universities from across Pomerania is a source of pride and a beautiful culmination of the Club’s efforts to date. The prestige of the competition stems both from its long-standing tradition and from the high standard of achievements assessed by the competition committee.
We warmly congratulate the Logistics Students Club on this exceptional achievement and wish them every success in the next stage of the Red Rose Award competition. We are keeping our fingers crossed for further success and will proudly follow the Club’s continued journey.
