Results of the Competition for the Best Diploma Theses for the Award of the President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

On 18 February, a ceremonial award presentation took place at the headquarters of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), honoring theses devoted to the capital market.

We are proud to announce that Ms Wiktoria Zubek, a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk, majoring in International Finance and Banking within the International Economic Relations program, received a distinction from PFR Portal PPK in the category of theses on long-term saving and investing.

Her bachelor’s thesis, entitled “The Impact of Employee Capital Plans on the Stability of the Pension System,” was written under the supervision of Dr Łukasz Dopierała.

Ms Zubek’s thesis addresses an important topic from both theoretical and practical perspectives, focusing on securing retirement income through employee-based programs. The work was recognized for its insightfulness and the high substantive quality of the analysis.
