A noble package at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk
We warmly invite the entire community of the Faculty of Economics
to take part in our traditional charity initiative:
The "Szlachetna Paczka" from the Faculty of Economics

This initiative has received full support from the Faculty Authorities.
As in previous years, it is actively supported by the staff of the Dean’s Office, the Office of the Dean, as well as Faculty Student Organizations.
This year, we will prepare a “Noble Gift” package for Mr Paweł and his aunt, Ms Magdalena.
Mr Paweł has been taking care of his aunt for many years. Life has never been easy for them, although things were more manageable when he was still able to work.
Due to numerous illnesses, Mr Paweł has been granted a certificate of severe disability and has also suffered a heart attack.
Despite his own health challenges, he devotes himself to caring for his aunt, who, after two strokes, is no longer able to perform even the simplest daily activities.
Let us work together to make this Christmas truly special for
Mr Paweł and his aunt, Ms Magdalena.
We are collecting funds to purchase the following essential items:
- non-perishable food
- cleaning and hygiene products
- warm clothing
- winter heating (one ton of coal)
Mr Paweł and Ms Magdalena also have a few personal wishes,
which we will do our best to fulfil.
Detailed information about their situation and needs can be found
in the description on the Szlachetna Paczka website:

Let us remember that we are the only donors for this FAMILY.
If each of us contributes even a symbolic amount, we will easily be able to meet all the needs of our Family.
On December 2, 9 and 10, we invite you to take part in our event
“Eat a Cake – Support the Package”,
reminding everyone that cake eaten for a good cause does not make you gain weight! 😊
We welcome both those who would like to eat and those who would like to bake.
As always, the event will take place in the lobby near the main entrance of the Faculty of Economics building.
Material donations can be brought between December 1–11 — a donation box will be placed near the porter’s desk.
Items can also be handed over during the “Eat a Cake – Support the Package” event on
December 2, 9 and 10, 2025.
Additionally, an online fundraising campaign has been created, where you can also contribute symbolic amounts:
