How are shipping routes created?
During the meeting, we will discuss the key factors considered when designing shipping routes (so-called loops or services), how they impact a company’s profitability, and why some routes have short lifespans. We will present different business models, including the "hub and spoke" system within our Gemini cooperation, as well as some technological innovations. Additionally, we will briefly introduce our branch's profile and, if time permits, the typical tasks performed by the Cargo Operations team we represent.
