Meetings with Logistics Practice

Logistics Students Club invites you to the Meetings with Logistics Practice which will take place:

• on December 2 at 9:45 a.m. in the room C301 (the meeting in English)
• on December 3 at 9:45 a.m. in the room A8 (the meeting in Polish)

This time the speakers will be representatives of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics

ROHLIG SUUS Logistics is the Polish company with a global presence in the TSL industry. With 35 years of experience, it specializes in providing comprehensive logistics solutions and managing global supply chains. The company handles logistics processes through road, sea, air, rail, and intermodal transport, while also offering contract logistics, customs services, and project cargo solutions. SUUS employs 2,500 people across 7 countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Ewa Wiśniewska
Project Cargo Product Director and Branch Director, responsible for product and branch development. She has extensive experience in managing sea, land, and inland river freight operations, as well as handling cargo at terminals. At ROHLIG SUUS, she leads teams specializing in FCL sea and land transport, comprehensive Project Cargo services, and customs agency operations.

Igor Stawicki
With over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, he currently serves as the Regional Head of Sales at Rohlig SUUS, overseeing the field sales team and the implementation of tenders and global client projects. In the past, he also supported the FCL operational team and was responsible for developing partnerships in the Middle East and African markets as Key Trade Lane Manager. He holds a degree in socio-economic geography and is pursuing a 2-year master’s in foreign trade at the University of Gdańsk. Additionally, he completed a sales manager course as part of his postgraduate studies at Gdańsk University of Technology. Outside of work, he is passionate about traveling, tennis, and CrossFit.

The lecture, which will take place on December 2 at 9:45 a.m. in the room C301 (in English), will focus on global supply chains, exploring the various types of transport currently available for imports from Asia to Europe, including sea, air, and rail freight from a global perspective. Additionally, we will examine global crises that disrupt international trade and their direct impact on importers and manufacturers.
