Meeting with Łukasz Karski from Arena Gdańsk Operator - a practical look at sales and hospitality in a modern sports arena

On December 9, 2025, we hosted Mr. Łukasz Karski, Sales and Hospitality Director at Arena Gdańsk Operator, during our Sports Business and Sports Marketing classes. Mr. Łukasz Karski spoke to the students about the challenges of managing a large sports facility and the process of organizing various sporting and cultural/entertainment events, emphasizing their complexity and costs.

Our guest also explained the sales process and the preparation of VIP boxes, discussing the elements of the premium offer and their impact on the operator's revenue. The meeting provided a better understanding of the practical aspects of operating a modern arena and of the Sales and Hospitality Department's work.
