After concluding her teaching career, Agata Witkowska successfully transferred her skills to the business world, working across various areas. As an L&D (Learning and Development) specialist, she designs and implements training programs that help employees develop their competencies and achieve better results. In her role as Education Coordinator, she manages educational processes, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

As a business trainer, Agata Witkowska conducts workshops and training sessions that inspire participants to achieve professional success. Her sales experience allows her to effectively share the knowledge and skills crucial for attaining high sales performance.
