European Union Career Ambassadors

We invite candidates for the EU Career Ambassador program to apply in the Prime Minister's Chancellery program

Dear Students,

As every year, the University of Gdańsk selects candidates for the EU Career Ambassador program among its students.

The organizer and national coordinator of the "EU Career Ambassadors" program is the Prime Minister's Chancellery.

Candidates for the EU Career Ambassador program in the 2025/2026 edition are requested to submit the following documents:

1. The candidate's CV in Europass format (in Polish); Create your Europass CV | Europass
2. a short justification prepared by the candidate why they want to serve as an ambassador (in Polish),
3. a scan of the GDPR information clause signed by the candidate (attached),
4. a scan of confirmation of knowledge of English at C1/C2 level.

The Chancellery of the Prime Minister informs that, in accordance with the adopted rules of procedure, agreed with EPSO (European Personnel Service), the recruitment and selection process of candidates remains at the discretion of the university.

A very good knowledge of English is an important selection criterion, as both the training planned in cooperation with EPSO in the autumn and ongoing contact with EPSO are conducted in this language.

The activities of the Career Ambassadors are voluntary, and the performance of tasks is not dependent on financial or material support from the university.

Four candidates will be selected from the university.

From among all candidates submitted by the university, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister will select two people who will take part in the EPSO training in Brussels.
