Open Economic Lectures 25.02.2025

"Financing in projects. How to plan a project so that we have enough money for everything?", the meeting with dr Joanna Stefaniak

A project is successful if it is implemented in accordance with the scope, within the designated time and within the adopted budget. In practice, however, many projects encounter problems resulting from insufficient financial resources. Why does it turn out that the project budget was too small? What do we forget about when planning it? Why is a performance budget used in projects? Is it possible to plan additional financial resources for the so-called "just in case"? Or maybe simply increase the budget during the project implementation? The lecture will discuss basic issues related to financial issues at the stages of project planning and implementation.

Dr Joanna Stefaniak will present these issues and answer listeners’ questions during the online meeting “Financing in projects. How to plan a project to have enough money for everything?”, which will take place on February 25, 2025.

Moderator of this meeting will be dr hab. Beata Majecka, prof. UG.
