Obligations in Sustainability Reporting. Are We Still Riding the Wave of Enthusiasm for Climate Neutrality?

 

The Scientific Council of the Polish Economic Society, Gdańsk Branch cordially invites you to participate in a seminar entitled: „Obligations in Sustainability Reporting. Are We Still Riding the Wave of Enthusiasm for Climate Neutrality?”

The webinar aims to present the current state of implementation of sustainability reporting practices and obligations, with a focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, which are becoming the foundation of responsible business. This event aims to create a space for the exchange of knowledge and experiences between practitioners and academia, promoting concern and responsibility for sustainable development.

Speakers:

  • Krzysztofa Bełz (Alior Bank) - lecture on: "Pragmatics of reporting and ESG challenges at Alior Bank"
  • Andrzej Czyrko (TFI PZU) -  lecture on: "ESG from the perspective of capital markets and investors"

Hosted and moderated by:

  • dr hab. Joanna Bednarz, prof. UG

The meeting will take place on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM on the MS Teams platform.
