University of Gdańsk training on EMIS Next

We invite employees and students of the University of Gdańsk to the EMIS Next training, which will take place on March 28 at 12:00 PM on the MS Teams platform. During the session, participants will familiarize themselves with the system's functionalities, methods for searching and analyzing market data, and ways to utilize the platform in research and teaching. The training also covers tools for comparing companies, monitoring economic trends, and using EMIS Next data in academic research and market analysis, as well as practical exercises to enable efficient use of EMIS resources.

The EMIS Next platform: www.emis.com is a versatile research tool for students and academic professionals, particularly useful for analyzing emerging markets. The University of Gdańsk has access to EMIS Next within the geographic scope of Poland and developed countries. This means access to profiles of Polish companies as well as profiles of companies from developed countries. EMIS Next aggregates data for 370 sectors, hundreds of annual reports from global sources such as Frost & Sullivan, Technavio, Moody’s, MarketLine, BMI. Over 1,000 news items from sources like Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta.pl, and Puls Biznesu are updated daily, with the option for automatic translation.
