Logistics Students Club invites you to the Meeting with Logistics Practice which will take place on 21st of January at 9:45 in room A8. The speakers will be the representatives of LPP Logistics.

Patryk Foremny, Transport & Forwarding Manager
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk. He has been with the LPP Group for 8 years, initially as a Junior Specialist, and now in a managerial position. As the head of the shipping department, he focuses not only on managing distribution but also on improving the entire supply chain. He plans and coordinates shipments across nearly 30 markets and identifies areas for optimization in logistics processes.
Krzysztof Piotrowicz, Transport & Forwarding Manager
A graduate of the Maritime University in the field of Maritime Transport, with over 10 years of experience in the freight and logistics industry. He has been with LPP Logistics for 3 years, serving as a manager for the past 1.5 years. He is responsible for the comprehensive organization of import transportation using all available means. He played an active role in developing rail transport along the China-Europe route as part of the New Silk Road, starting from the launch of the first connections.
Arkadiusz Malewski, E-commerce Distribution Manager
A graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology in the field of Transport, with a career rooted in procurement, production, and transportation. He has been with the LPP Group for 6.5 years and currently serves as an E-commerce Distribution Manager, overseeing the delivery of e-commerce orders to customers in 30 countries. Drawing on logistics experience gained in local family-owned businesses as well as global corporations, he successfully leads diverse projects aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing the appeal of offered products and services.

LPP Logistics Behind the Scenes: How We Excel in the Fashion Industry
During the meeting, we will present the "end-to-end" process—starting from the manufacturer, through our logistics centers, and ending with the delivery of goods to retail stores and e-commerce customers. We will discuss the modes of transport used for imports to our logistics centers, distribution methods to retail stores, and direct deliveries to e-commerce customers. Additionally, we will highlight the importance of time in logistics and explain why continuous improvement and implementing changes play a critical role in effective distribution.
