Study visit to O4 Coworking

On January 19, 2024, students of the Faculty of Economics had the opportunity to participate in a study visit to O4 Coworking - the Olivia Business Center coworking centre, prepared by dr Joanna Czerepko and dr Katarzyna Osiecka-Brzeska.

The visit had a rich program showing how to build a modern work environment and care for an attractive CV. During the visit, Mrs. Marta Moksa, the manager of O4 Coworking, told the students about work in coworking, the community, and the companies based at OBC. Then, with Ms. Agata Kwapisiewicz - ESG Officer at Olivia Center - students had the opportunity to visit the business spaces of Bayer, one of the largest companies in Olivia Center.

The next element of the visit was a meeting with HR representatives - Mrs. Beata Stramska and Iwona Wawrzyniak from Nord HR - a recruitment company based in O4 Coworking. The meeting aimed to present the topic of the ideal CV, the current labor market and a discussion on job interviews - students received valuable tips on preparing and entering the labor market.

The visit to Olivia Business Center ended in Olivia Garden - an exotic garden in the very center of Tricity in the tallest building in Northern Poland.

The visit was attended by students of the first year of second-cycle studies in the field of international economic relations (MSG) as part of the subject "Human capital management" taught by Dr. Katarzyna Osiecka-Brzeska and students of the third year of first-cycle studies and the second year of second-cycle studies in the field of economics in as part of an elective course taught by Dr. Joanna Czerepko "Personal branding".
