On September 23rd, 2019 public PhD thesis defense of Msc Małgorzata Jarocka took place.

The title of PhD thesis:

"The dysfunctionality of working capital of Polish public utilities in the conditions of implementation of programmed innovative investments".

PhD thesis supervisor was Professor Krzysztof Szałucki.

The Commission adopted the defense of doctoral dissertation.
