Faculty of Economics at the Open Days UG

On March 15-16, 2023, the Open Days of the University of Gdańsk took place!

Students of secondary schools had the opportunity to get acquainted with the educational offer of each of the faculties of our University! Of course, we were there too!

Students of various faculties and specializations of the Faculty of Economics, together with lecturers, told the candidates not only about the directions, specialties, scientific clubs, organization of studies, foreign languages, studying abroad but also about the atmosphere that accompanies studying at our faculty!

There was also good fun in the form of solving an economic quiz, crosswords, or playing Monopoly! The stand of the Faculty of Economics was actively and willingly visited by students all the time, which we are very happy about! Students also had the opportunity to listen to speeches on the offer of the Faculty of Economics, "From idea to business, or why it is worth studying economics", which was prepared and presented by Dr. Aleksandra Borowicz (15.03.) and Dr. Magdalena Markiewicz (16.03.).


In addition to the opportunity to get acquainted with the offer of our faculty, after the presentations, students took part in mini-lectures: 15.03. dr Adam Borodo "Modern social media - business, people, money", and 16.03. dr Leszek Reszka "At school, at work and in the family, i.e. traces of logistics applications".

We would like to thank the students of our faculty, who participated in the Open Days with such commitment, willingly sharing their knowledge about majors and specialties.

Our students are our best ambassadors!

We would like to thank the lecturers for their commitment, supporting students, and participation in the organization of the Open Days.

There were two days full of energy!
