Report on study visit of IB students

On April 28th IB students had an opportunity to visit a training  center run by SunSupply sp. z. Oo  - a company training in the field of photovoltaic systems. During lectures students gained comprehensive knowledge in the design, installation, connection to the distribution network and monitoring of photovoltaic systems. During Training students viewed the educational films (production of photovoltaic panels, the use of renewable energy). We had a chance to get to know different types of panels - from the first-generation silicon panels to the third-generation flint panels. Students had an opportunity to learn about the application for planning PV on the roofs and discuss the basic errors that appear during the installation. Unfortunately, there was no time to train the installation of panels, but we will try to make it up  in the future.
