Lecture with PwC on 12th April 2016

Scientific Society of International Finance invites teachers and students on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 r. to a lecture: "The role of financial institutions in the functioning of the automatic exchange of tax information on the example of FATCA and Common Reporting Standard".

 

In the light of discussions on the limits of tax optimization it is especially interesting how the financial regulations and financial institutions are meeting the challenges of the tax information exchange.

 

The lecture will be provided by Mr. Maciej Wilczkiewicz from Pricewaterhouse Coopers (Global Financial Crime Team, AML &  FATCA professional).

 

The lecture will take place at 11: 30-13.00 in room C-104 at the Faculty of Economics.

 

This is a lecture preliminary to the XXII Student Conference of the Scientific Society of International Finance "Trends in the financial sector in Poland and in the world", which will take place on 13 April 2016 in the Hall A at the 9.45-13.30 and embrace of students and discussion panels: "The banking tax - a boon or a threat" (in Polish) and "Privacy and security - the limits of financial regulation" (in English).
