Special Issue Call for Papers
Editor: Dariusz Tłoczyński

In 2020 and 2021, the world's transport and logistics system changed.  As a result of the SARS COV-2 pandemic, passenger transport markets have seen a decline in the number of passengers carried.  Online working styles, restrictions and limitations imposed by governments, as well as safety issues, have caused changes in the demand and supply of passenger services. The situation is different in the cargo markets. Couriers and logistic operators, as well as cargo providers, are reporting an increase in the volume of cargo handled.

This special issue will serve the purpose of initiating a scientific debate on the development directions of the passenger and cargo markets. How will the changes in the global flow of goods and services affect regional markets? What is the level of effectiveness of state aid in the sector of freight forwarding and logistic enterprises?

We encourage you to submit articles for the special issue of IBaGE, based on:

  • scientific research conducted in various international markets, in the sector of enterprises, consumers, public entities (local and governmental);
  • review papers - based on cooperation with businesses;
  • theoretical papers - based on own experiences, evaluation, supported by in-depth analysis of academic literature;
  • forecasting works, showing future directions of development of regions, transport, forwarding and logistic companies.

Selected papers, after the review process, will be published in a special edition of the IBaGe journal.

The deadline for the submission is 31st  May 2021.

The article should be about 10 pages long, written in Times New Roman, font 12.
