Visiting professors at the Faculty of Economics
The Faculty of Economics participates in the Project entitled "PROgram Rozwoju Uniwersytet Gdański (ProUG)" implemented under the Knowledge Education Development Operational Program (POWER) on the basis of the contract no. POWR.03.05.00-00-Z308 / 17-00, concluded between the National Center for Research and Development and the University of Gdańsk on 11/12/2017.
The project is implemented in the period from 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2022.
As part of the project implementation, foreign visiting professors are involved in the education process at the Faculty of Economics in the field of Economics and International Economic Relations.
In winter semester of the academic year 2020/2021 the lectures on Innovative market research were conducted by prof. Luis Alberto Casado Aranda, University of Granada (the tutor of the course: dr hab. Przemysław Borkowski, prof. UG).
In the summer semester of the academic year 2020/2021 the lectures by four visiting professors from foreign universities are planned, covering various topics selected in terms of the specialization and interests of students of the Faculty of Economics.
Lectures are conducted in the form of elective courses (in the field of Economics and in the field of International Economic Relations), as part of the courses in the specialization of International Business (in the field of International Economic Relations) or in a hybrid form.
In the case of optional subjects, it is possible to choose the subject when enrolling in elective courses for the summer semester 2020/2021.
All lectures are conducted on-line.
