On December 15th, 2023 public PhD thesis defense of MSc Agata Olechnowicz-Szewczyk took place.

The title of PhD thesis:

"Behavioral determinants of the decision-making process for voluntary pension savings in Poland".

PhD thesis supervisor was Teresa Kamińska, Post-Doctoral Degree.

Auxiliary supervisor was Elżbieta Babula, PhD.

The Commission adopted the defense of doctoral dissertation.

On December 21st, 2023 the Scientific Council of Economics and Finance of the University of Gdańsk adopted resolution on the award of the degree of doctor in the field of social sciences in the discipline of economics and finance and the distinction of PhD thesis defense.
