On September 16th, 2019 public PhD thesis defense of Msc Karolina Lipińska took place.

The title of PhD thesis:

"Institutional conditions of absorption of structural funds for R&D by small and medium-sized enterprises on the example of the Pomeranian Voivodeship".

PhD thesis supervisor was Krystyna Gawlikowska-Hueckel, Associate Professor.

The Commission adopted the defense of doctoral dissertation.
