The International Day in MGIMO in Moscow

In 1994, University of Gdansk and MGIMO (Moskowskij Gosudarstwiennyj Instytut Mieżdunarodnych Otnoszenij) signed an agreement concerning academic and didactic exchange. Two students from the Faculty of Economics study in the partner institution in Moscow. The students from Russia come to study in Sopot. The coordinator of the exchange is PhD Sławomir Antkiewicz from the Institute of International Business.

Every year students take part in the International Week in MGIMO. The purpose of the meeting is to exchange experience and inform students about learning and exchange programs of cooperating universities. The international students have the opportunity to present their home universities.

Local students are usually very interested in the International Week, as they are aware of the need to acquire new experience in foreign universities.

They come in large number and have a lot of questions about studying in other countries.

Faculty of Economics was represented by Natalia Nawra and Justyna Cyran.
