On January 13th, 2023 public PhD thesis defense of MSc Anna Brack took place.

The title of PhD thesis:

"Dynamics of Eating Habits of Sweets: German, Polish, and Russian Consumers on the Confectionery Market".

PhD thesis supervisor was Anna Maria Nikodemska-Wołowik, Associete Professor.

Auxiliary supervisor was Dagmara Wach, PhD.
