On December 6th, 2012 public PhD thesis defense of Msc Marek Bucholc took place.

The title of PhD. thesis:

"Competitiveness of public utility companies. Study on the example of Elbląg”

PhD thesis supervisor was Professor Olgierd Wyszomirski.
