Dr Urszula Mrzygłód

 

 

Employee Profile

 

Urszula Mrzygłód holds a PhD in economics and is employed as an adjunct at the University of Gdańsk. Dr Mrzygłód also completed a master's degree in psychology (University of Gdańsk) and completed several trainings conducted, among others at Graduate School of Economics (Barcelona) and Institute of World Economy (Kiel). 

 

 
   

 

She teaches subjects such as international finance (in Polish and English), the Refinitiv academy, psychology in economics (in Polish and English), psychology in finance, and personal finance (in English). Dr Mrzygłód also coordinates the cooperation between Faculty of Economics and the Refinitiv company.

 

Dr Mrzygłód's research areas are: crowdfunding, personal finance, dividend policy, political risk, international financial instruments, integration processes on international financial markets. Her works have been published, among others, in Economics & Sociology, Econometrics, Materials and Studies of the National Bank of Poland. In 2019, Dr. Mrzygłód completed a research grant funded by the National Science Center dedicated to smoothing dividends on emerging stock market markets, which she managed.
