Visit of students from Artevelde University
On March 28-30, 2022 at the Faculty of Economics we will host a group of students from Artevelde University of Applied Sciences, Ghent in Belgium. The visit is the result of cooperation between the our Department of International Business and the International Management Department form Artevelde University of Applied Sciences in Belgium. The exchange is coordinated by dr Monika Grottel and dr hab. Joanna Bednarz, prof. UG.
For our Belgian guests, "Study Trip to 3City" will be the first visit to the Tri-City. Its main subject is entrepreneurship and sustainable development. The following events are planned in the "Study Trip to 3City" program:
- introductory lecture "Entrepreneurship from the perspective of Polish companies" conducted by dr Anna Sperska,
- meeting with a representative of business practice - Mrs Lidia Ziaja, International Sales Manager in Ziaja Polska,
- Giving Europe a Home - A simulation game on European cultural policy carried out by Artevelde students together with students of the Faculty of Economics,
- workshops at the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park.
The arrival of students to the Tri-City is of educational and tourist character. Students visit the Tri-City, learn about the history and economy of Poland, observe the business development of the region.
The program of the visit was prepared in cooperation with the Gdańsk International Fair S.A. and the organization "Employers of Pomerania".

A simulation game on European cultural policy
